2006 SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

In order to maintain acceptable entry fees for contestants, to provide year-end awards and incentives to our members, and to allow our organization to grow, the MVCHA is seeking Individual and Business sponsorships and donations. Great benefits are available to those who participate as the MVCHA will increase visibility of you and/or your business through year-long promotion. MVCHA allows for many ways to sponsor our club and will make every effort to acknowledge the generosity of our sponsors. Following is a list of the current sponsorship “packages” available for individual or business sponsorship:

Friend of MVCHA - $100

- acknowledgement through monthly newsletter and at year-end awards banquet
- vocal recognition at every MVCHA event/show
- Sponsor name on MVCHA website
- Sponsor representatives will be recognized at events if present and make presence known to Event Manager

Buckle Sponsor - $200

- Year-end buckles cannot be provided without the support of a sponsor. Buckle Sponsor names will be displayed at every MVCHA event and will be recognized at the year-end awards banquet.

Gold Sponsor - $500 (buckle co-sponsor)

- acknowledgement through monthly newsletter and at year-end awards banquet
- vocal recognition at every MVCHA event/show
- Sponsor name AND logo on MVCHA website
- ½ page ad in monthly newsletter
- one banner/sign no larger than 4’ x 8’ displayed at each event
- Sponsor representatives will be recognized at events if present and make presence known to Event Manager

Platinum Sponsor - $750 (buckle sponsor)

- acknowledgement through monthly newsletter and at year-end awards banquet
- vocal recognition at every MVCHA event/show
- Sponsor name, logo, AND link on MVCHA website
- FULL page ad in monthly newsletter
- one banner/sign no larger than 4’ x 8’ displayed at each event
- Sponsor representatives will be recognized at events if present and make presence known to Event Manager

It is the sole responsibility of the Sponsor to provide the MVCHA with a written narrative description of their business and all required information for articles and advertising copy, as well as their Banner/Sign for display, so that their business can be properly and effectively promoted.
